We ship all orders from our warehouse in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Dispatch
Orders placed on a business day before 15:00 ship the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or at the weekend ship the next business day.
Carriers
We ship with PostNL in the Netherlands and DHL in Belgium and the rest of the EU.
Track and trace
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you get an email with a tracking link. Not received it? Check your spam folder or ask us in the chat.
Something wrong with your delivery?
Parcel damaged, incomplete or late? Send us your order number in the chat and we will sort it out.
