Refund policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and have their labels attached. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, send us your order number in the chat. Returns are free in the Netherlands and Belgium; we send you a return label. From other EU countries, return shipping is for the customer.

Exchanges for another size are always free.

After we receive your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with a photo. We replace or refund them in full, including shipping costs.
